CaMKKβ Antibody (239CT7.5.3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects CaMKKβ in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB). CaMKKβ, or calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase kinase beta, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways by acting as a key regulator of CaMKI and CaMKIV activation through phosphorylation. CaMKKβ is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where CaMKKβ is essential for mediating calcium signaling and facilitating various physiological processes, including muscle contraction, neurotransmitter release, and gene expression. CaMKKβ′s cytoplasmic localization enables rapid responses to changes in intracellular calcium levels, thereby influencing downstream signaling cascades that maintain cellular homeostasis and respond to external stimuli. Anti-CaMKKβ antibody (239CT7.5.3) helps researchers effectively study calcium signaling dynamics and implications in various biological contexts, including neurobiology and cardiovascular health.
