SEE ALSO...

C/EBP ε Antibody (C-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects C/EBP epsilon (C/EBP ε) protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-C/EBP ε antibody (C-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. C/EBP ε (C-10) antibody recognizes a protein that plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression, particularly in immune response and adipogenesis, making C/EBP ε essential for maintaining metabolic homeostasis and proper immune function. Located primarily in the nucleus, C/EBP ε functions as a transcription factor that binds to specific DNA sequences, influencing gene transcription involved in these processes. C/EBP ε forms heterodimers with other C/EBP family members, such as C/EBP α and C/EBP β, enhancing regulatory capacity and allowing coordinated response to various physiological stimuli. C/EBP ε′s significance in cellular differentiation and disease development highlights this protein′s relevance in both basic research and clinical applications.
