Blood Group A1, A2, A3 antigen Antibody (Z2B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects the Blood Group A1, A2, A3 antigen protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). Blood Group A1, A2, A3 antigen monoclonal antibody (Z2B-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), providing versatility for different experimental needs. Blood Group A1, A2, A3 antigen (Z2B-1) antibody plays a crucial role in studying immune response and cell recognition, as Blood Group A1, A2, A3 antigen is involved in the modulation of cell surface glycoproteins that influence cellular interactions and signaling pathways. These antigens are primarily located on erythrocytes and certain epithelial cells, where they contribute to the blood group classification system and are essential for transfusion compatibility. Notably, the expression of these antigens can change during malignant transformation, which may have implications for cancer diagnostics and therapeutics. The complexity of blood group antigens, including the interrelated specificities such as A (1 and 2), B, and H antigens, highlights their importance in both basic research and clinical applications, making Blood Group A1, A2, A3 (Z2B-1) monoclonal antibody a valuable tool for studying these critical biological processes.
