팍실린은 페니실륨 팍실리에서 분리된 인돌 알칼로이드입니다. 팍실린은 높은 전도도 Ca2+로 활성화된 K+ 채널을 선택적으로 가역적으로 차단하는 작용을 할 수 있습니다. 호중구에서 팍실린의 Maxi-K 채널 차단은 식세포 액포의 알칼리화를 감소시키고 미생물 살균 과정을 억제했습니다. 쥐 정관의 평활근에 팍실린을 -40mV보다 높은 양의 전위에서 최대 15mV까지 적용했을 때, 평활근 수축의 현저한 탈분극이 관찰되었습니다. 팍실린은 맥시칼파, IP3R 및 SERCA의 억제제입니다.
