13,14-dihydro-15-keto Prostaglandin D2 is a metabolite of PGD2 which is formed through the 15-hydroxy PGDH pathway. It has been recently identified as a selective agonist for the DP2 receptor. Additionally, 13,14-dihydro-15-keto Prostaglandin D2 may act to inhibit ion flux in canine colonic mucosa preparation.
