    SEE ALSO...

ZFP96 Antibody (A-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects ZFP96 in mouse samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZFP96, also known as Zinc finger protein 96 homolog or ZSCAN12, is a crucial nuclear protein composed of 604 amino acids, featuring one SCAN box domain and eleven C2H2-type zinc fingers. ZFP96 plays a significant role in transcriptional regulation, particularly during pregnancy, as ZFP96 is upregulated eight-fold from day 13 of pregnancy to day 1 post-partum. ZFP96′s function as a transcription factor is vital, as ZFP96 is believed to modulate the expression of pro-survival and pro-apoptotic genes within the corpus luteum, thereby influencing reproductive processes. Anti-ZFP96 antibody (A-6) is an essential tool for researchers studying the intricate mechanisms of gene regulation and the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy and postpartum, making anti-ZFP96 antibody (A-6) invaluable for advancing our understanding of reproductive biology.
