SCP-3를 위한 SCP항체

SCP-3 항체(D-1)는 마우스 및 쥐 유래의 SCP-3 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 SCP-3 항체(시냅토네말 복합 단백질 3 항체, SCP3 항체, RPRGL4 항체, SPGF4 항체 또는 COR1 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. SCP-3 항체(D-1)는 비접합 항-SCP-3 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-SCP-3 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. 시냅토네말 복합체는 감수분열기 동안 염색체 짝짓기 및 재조합과 같은 염색체 재배열에 관여하는 감수분열 특이적 핵 소기관입니다. SCP-2와 SCP-3은 시냅토네말 복합체의 측면 요소의 주요 구성 요소입니다. SCP-3은 포유류 감수분열 1기의 자매 염색체 암 코헤신으로, 시험관 내에서 동형 상호작용을 촉진하는 C-말단 코일 코일 도메인을 가지고 있습니다. SCP-3은 고환 감수분열 전구세포와 원시 생식세포에서 발현된다. Can SCP-3 Antibody (D-1): sc-74569 be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Yes, this SCP-3 antibody sc-74569 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. We recommend performing antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6) and heat. The full protocol can be found here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/immunoperoxidase-staining
