RPA 70 kDa 서브유닛 항체(B-6)는 마우스, 랫트, 인간에서 유래된 RPA 70 kDa 서브유닛을 웨스턴 블롯(WB), 면역침전법(IP), 면역형광법(IF), 파라핀 포매 절편을 이용한 면역조직화학(IHCP), 효소결합 면역흡착 분석법(ELISA)을 통해 검출하는 마우스 단일클론 IgG2a 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. RPA 70 kDa subunit Antibody (B-6)는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, 호스래디시 퍼옥시다아제(HRP), 피코에리트린(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트(FITC), 다중 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합체 형태로 제공됩니다. RPA 70 kDa subunit은 복제 단백질 A(RPA) 복합체의 중요한 구성 요소로, 진핵 세포에서 DNA 복제, 재조합, 복구에 필수적입니다. RPA 70 kDa 서브유닛은 주로 핵에 위치하며, DNA 손상 반응과 복제 과정에서 단일 가닥 DNA(ssDNA)에 결합합니다. We hqve the lot# H2304. Do you consider it is still stable? I think the antibody has spend more than one year at 4C. Thank you so much for your help

Thank you for your question. We provide a 12-month warranty on purchased products. If kept at its recommended storage temperature of 4 °C for one year the antibody should still be perfectly usable. Antibodies may still be stable after years of appropriate storage. If the antibody produces weak or unspecific signals or no signal at all we would recommend using a new vial.

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-28304 X be used instead of the standard form sc-28304?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.
