리보솜 단백질 L36a 항체 (43-A)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 리보솜 단백질 L36a 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2a κ 마우스 모노클로날 리보솜 단백질 L36a 항체입니다. 리보솜 단백질 L36a 항체(43-A)는 비접합 항-리보솜 단백질 L36a 항체로 제공됩니다. 단백질 합성을 촉매하는 소기관인 리보솜은 80여 개의 서로 다른 리보솜 단백질로 구성된 작은 소단위(40S)와 큰 소단위(60S)로 구성됩니다. 포유류 리보솜 단백질은 코딩 영역 내에 가공된 의사 유전자와 하나의 기능성 인트론 함유 유전자를 포함하는 다중 유전자 계열에 의해 코딩됩니다. RPL36a, RPL44(리보솜 단백질 44), MIG6(세포 이동 유도 유전자 6) 또는 L44L로도 알려진 리보솜 단백질 L36a는 60S 서브유닛의 구성 요소인 106아미노산 단백질입니다. 세포질에 국한되어 유비쿼터스하게 발현되는 리보솜 단백질 L36a는 리보솜 단백질의 L44E 계열에 속하며 단백질 합성에 기능합니다. 대부분의 리보솜 단백질과 마찬가지로 리보솜 단백질 L36a는 게놈 전체에 흩어져 있는 여러 개의 가공된 유사 유전자로 존재합니다. 리보솜 단백질 L36a는 리보솜 단백질 L36aL과 거의 동일하지만, 이 단백질은 서로 다른 유전자에 의해 암호화됩니다.

Does this antibody distinguish also recognise RPL36AL or is it really specific to RPL36A?

Thank you for your question. The antibody was raised against Ribosomal Protein L36a of human origin, but since RPL36A and RPL36AL protein sequences are virtually identical, with only a single mismatched amino acid, it is likely that the antibody would recognize both.

For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with Ribosomal Protein L36a (43-A): sc-100831 antibody?
