리보솜 단백질 L19 항체(K-12)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 리보솜 단백질 L19 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2a λ 마우스 모노클로날 리보솜 단백질 L19 항체(리보솜 단백질 L19 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. 리보솜 단백질 L19 항체(K-12)는 비접합 항-리보솜 단백질 L19 항체로 제공됩니다. 단백질 합성을 촉매하는 소기관인 리보솜은 80개 이상의 리보솜 단백질로 구성된 작은 서브유닛(40S)과 큰 서브유닛(60S)으로 구성됩니다. 포유류 리보솜 단백질은 코딩 영역 내에 가공된 의사 유전자와 하나의 기능성 인트론 함유 유전자를 포함하는 다중 유전자 계열에 의해 코딩됩니다. 리보솜 단백질 L19는 60S 서브유닛의 구성 요소인 196개의 아미노산 단백질입니다. 세포질에 국한된 리보솜 단백질 L19는 리보솜 단백질의 L19e 계열에 속하며 단백질 합성에 기능합니다. 리보솜 단백질 L19의 발현은 유방암에서 상향 조절되며, 과발현은 전립선암의 예후 마커로 사용됩니다. 대부분의 리보솜 단백질과 마찬가지로 리보솜 단백질 L19는 게놈 전체에 흩어져 있는 여러 개의 가공된 유사 유전자로 존재합니다.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with Ribosomal Protein L19 (K-12): sc-100830 monoclonal antibody?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGλ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works but relatively weakPurchased for IF application. HEK cell fixed in Methanol (top) and 4% Formaldehyde (bottom) stained with 1:100 @RT for 1hr. Used sc-516190 for 2Ab. It worked in both stain which makes me happy, but signal was pretty weak. (I am using super high gage here...) Also, be aware that this is LAMBDA FRAGMENT. If you are using recent SCBT secondary antibody, most likely it is Kappa which will not bind to lambda. Use either sc-516190, or general anti-mouse (H+L) so that it has affinity to lambda fragment.
