Ptx3 항체(C-10)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 Ptx3 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2a κ 마우스 단일 클론 Ptx3 항체(Ptx3 항체라고도 함)입니다. Ptx3 항체(C-10)는 비접합 항-Ptx3 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-Ptx3 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 펜트락신은 순환 다합체 구조가 특징인 단백질 슈퍼패밀리입니다. 종양괴사인자 자극 유전자 서열-14(TSG14)로도 알려진 Ptx3는 분비되는 패턴 인식 수용체로, 특정 미생물 제제에 대한 내성에서 중복되지 않는 역할을 합니다. Ptx3는 C-말단 펜트락신 도메인과 새로운 아미노-말단 도메인을 가진 "긴 펜트락신" 계열에 속합니다. Ptx3는 아스퍼질러스 푸미가투스, 녹농균, 살모넬라 티피무리움 등 일부 병원균에 결합합니다. IgA 사구체신염에서 합성되어 중간엽 세포를 활성화합니다. 지방 세포에서 Ptx3의 분비는 TNFa에 의해 유도될 수 있습니다. Ptx3는 또한 염증 반응의 증폭과 선천성 면역 조절에도 관여합니다. 인간 PTX3 유전자는 염색체 3q25에 매핑됩니다.
