17, 17', 18, 18', 19, 19', 20, 20, 20 위치에 9개의 중수소 원자를 포함하고 있으며 GC 또는 LC-질량 분석법에 의한 PGF1α의 정량화를 위한 내부 표준으로 사용하기 위한 것입니다. PGF1α는 사이클로옥시게나제(COX) 경로를 통해 디호모-γ-리놀렌산(DGLA)의 추정 대사 산물입니다. PGF1α와 PGF2α는 모두 10-11M의 역치 농도를 가진 수컷 대서양 연어의 프라이밍 페로몬으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났습니다.1 PGF1α는 PGF2α의 상대적 효능의 8%에 불과하지만 시험관 내에서 인간 호흡기 평활근 수축을 유도하는 데는 PGF2α의 절반에 불과합니다.3
