사이클로펜테논 프로스타글란딘 중 하나로, 항염증 및 항증식 효과가 잘 알려져 있습니다.1,2 A 계열과 J 계열의 프로스타글란딘을 포함하는 이 계열 화합물의 활성은 유전자 발현의 변화와 비 고전적 경로와의 상호 작용으로 인해 발생할 수 있습니다. 비오틴 리간드와의 상호작용을 통해 PGA1을 검출할 수 있는 친화성 프로브이며, DNA 및/또는 기타 핵산 또는 단백질 결합 파트너와의 복합체에서 PGA1을 검출할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 사이클로펜테논 프로스타글란딘의 작용 메커니즘을 전반적으로 규명하는 데 사용되는 도구입니다.
