PKC γ 항체(C-4)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 PKC 감마 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2a κ 마우스 단일 클론 PKC 감마 항체(PKC 감마 항체, 단백질 키나제 C 감마 항체, PRKCG 항체 또는 PKCG 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. PKC γ 항체(C-4)는 비접합 항-PKC 감마 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-PKC 감마 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. 단백질 키나아제 C(PKC) 계열은 세포 성장과 분화, 유전자 발현, 호르몬 분비, 막 기능 등 다양한 세포 기능에서 핵심적인 조절 역할을 합니다. PKC는 원래 칼슘과 인지질에 의존하는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제로서 활성이 확인되었습니다. 디아실글리세롤(DAG)과 종양 촉진 포볼 에스테르는 PKC에 결합하여 활성화합니다. PKC는 기존 (c) PKC 이소형(α, βI, βII 및 γ)과 새로운 (n) PKC 이소형(δ, ε, ζ, η, θ, λ/ι, µ 및 ν) 등 최소 두 가지 주요 클래스로 세분화할 수 있습니다. 각 PKC 이소폼의 발현 패턴은 조직마다 다르며 PKC 패밀리 멤버는 보조 인자 의존성에서 뚜렷한 차이를 보입니다. 예를 들어, PKC δ 및 ε의 키나아제 활성은 Ca2+와 무관합니다. 반면에 대부분의 다른 PKC 계열은 포볼 에스테르 결합 활성과 키나아제 활성을 가지고 있습니다.

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of canine origin. Do you know if this mouse monoclonal antibody will work?

I was trying to visualise the corticospinal tract but this failed to work in paraffin sections from human post-mortem tissue or in fixed, frozen sections from macaque spinal cord.

The problem is the strong background at the ventral horn. I will try to modify the conditions and update the information later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Potent and fairly specific antibodyThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was strong detection of the ~80 kDa target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested, except for a ~100 kDa protein.
