PKC βII Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody engineered to target the PKC βII isoform of protein kinase C with exceptional precision. PKC βII monoclonal antibody (F-7) binds to a defined epitope located between amino acids 657-673 at the C-terminus of human PKC βII, ensuring accurate detection and minimal cross-reactivity. PKC βII is a crucial member of the protein kinase C family, which plays a pivotal role in various cellular signaling pathways that regulate essential processes such as cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis, gene expression, hormone secretion, and membrane function. PKC βII (F-7) antibody exhibits broad species reactivity, effectively recognizing PKC βII in mouse, rat, and human samples, as well as in additional species like bovine and porcine, across a range of applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin embedded sections (IHC/P), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Available in both non-conjugated form and various conjugated versions such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, PKC βII (F-7) monoclonal antibody provides versatile options for researchers.
