Pitx2 항체(H-1)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 Pitx2 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 Pitx2 항체입니다. Pitx2 항체(H-1)는 비접합 항-Pitx2 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-Pitx2 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. Pitx1과 Pitx2는 매우 상동적인 비코이드 관련 전사인자입니다. Pitx1은 뒷다리에서 우선적으로 발현하고 발달 중인 뇌하수체 전엽과 첫 번째 분지궁에서 발현하는 비코이드 관련 동종 전사인자입니다. Pitx1 유전자좌를 결실하면 뒷다리 특이적 마커인 T-box 인자(Tbx4)의 원위부 발현이 감소합니다. Pitx1은 특정 뒷다리 부위의 형태 형성, 성장 및 패턴화를 조절할 수 있으며, 앞다리와 뒷다리의 형태 및 성장 구별에 영향을 미치는 변수의 구성 요소로 작용합니다. Pitx2는 발달 이상을 일으키는 상염색체 우성 질환인 인간 리거 증후군의 원인 유전자로 처음 밝혀졌습니다. Pitx2는 심장 위치, 뇌하수체 및 치아 형성을 조절하는 전사인자입니다. Pitx2는 또한 폐의 '좌측성'을 암호화하여 폐 대칭성을 조절합니다. Pitx2는 좌측 측판 중배엽에서 비대칭적으로 발현되며, 측면 결함이 있는 돌연변이 마우스는 내장 대칭의 변화와 상관관계가 있는 변화된 Pitx2 발현 패턴을 보입니다. Pitx1과 Pitx2를 암호화하는 유전자는 각각 인간 염색체 5q31과 4q25-q26에 매핑됩니다.

Protein was extracted from the whole eyeball of C57 mice for WB, two bands appeared between 55-75KDA. There was no band in 32KDA. What is going on?

Was previous antibody worked with avian derived tissue. However, avaian is not listed for this monoclonal antibody. Was it not tested in avian tissue or did it not label avian tissue?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from anti Pitx2 (H-1) AbThe anti Pitx2 mAb (H-1) showed broad, NON-specific reactivity in IF experimens on criosections of mouse embryonic and adult hearts. The hearts had been fixed 1h in PFA 1% on ice; the Ab has been incubated ON @+4C (dilution range 1:10-1:100), secondary Ab was anti mouse IgG 1:400.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Multiple bands at wrong sizes in WB...Whole cell extract from hESC-derived cardiac progenitor cells. 35 ug proteins was blotted with Pitx2 ab (H-1) at 1:1000 dilution. Multiple bands were observed at ~48kD, 52kD, 60kD, and 120kD.
