p-Stat1 Antibody (A-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Stat1 phosphorylated at Tyr 701 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-Stat1 (A-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Stat1 plays a crucial role in mediating cellular responses to interferons and other cytokines, functioning as a transcription factor that regulates the expression of genes involved in immune response, cell growth, and apoptosis. The phosphorylation of Stat1 at Tyr 701 is essential for activation and subsequent dimerization with Stat2, forming the ISGF3 complex, which translocates to the nucleus to initiate transcription of interferon-stimulated genes. This process is vital for antiviral response and regulation of immune functions, highlighting the importance of Stat1 in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to external stimuli. anti-Stat1 antibody (A-2) accurately detects phosphorylated Stat1, making p-Stat1 (A-2) monoclonal antibody an invaluable tool for researchers studying signaling pathways related to immune responses and cellular regulation.
