NY-ESO-1를 위한 NY-ESO항체

NY-ESO-1 항체(E978)는 웨스턴 블롯팅(WB), 면역 침전(IP), 면역 형광(IF) 및 면역 조직화학으로 인간 유래의 NY-ESO-1 단백질을 검출하는 마우스 단일 클론 IgG1 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. NY-ESO-1(E978) 항체는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, 홀세라디시 퍼옥시다제(HRP), 피코에리스린(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시안산염(FITC) 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합 형태 모두에서 사용할 수 있습니다. 뉴욕 식도 편평세포 암종 1로도 알려진 NY-ESO-1은 주로 고환과 난소에서 발현되는 종양 관련 항원의 암/고환(CT) 계열에 속하며, 암 면역 치료의 고유한 표적입니다. Has anyone used this for flow cytometry and if so what dilution did you use?

Thank you for your question. NY-ESO-1 Antibody (E978): sc-53869 is recommended for detection of NY-ESO-1 of human origin by WB, IP, IF and IHC(P). There are a couple of publications in which this antibody has been used to detect human NY-ESO-1. Their PMIDs are 20008301, 20730489, and 9505109. If I freeze this antibody, will it remain viable for a longer period of time?

Thank you for your question. We do not run long term storage testing, but warranty all of our products for 1 year from the date of purchase. Freezing the antibody will actually void the warranty as this harms the antibody due to the presence of gelatin in the suspension mixture. The recommended storage temperature is 4ºC and many times the antibody will remain viable under these conditions for much longer than the 1 year warranty date. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great functioning antibodyWe have tested the sample of this antibody in a section of formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded human testis tissue. Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval for 20 minutes at °C in TrisEDTA pH 9.0 Buffer with a 1:50 dilution of the antibody gave a clear contrast of positive germ line cells (see enclosed image).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AlexaFluor 645 Conjugated PrimaryI used the NYESO1 AlexaFluor 645 Conjugated Primary to stain fixed 22Rv1 cells in suspension. It has worked great in a 1:50 dilution with binding buffer. I imaged with the Evos FL Auto 2 microscopy platform. Try it out!

This antibody is very helpful to our experimental analysis, and the antibody specificity and sensitive is very good . According to the literature reports, we used the fresh tissue of liver cancer as the positive control, and the sample 40ug was used,we obtained the target band at 22kDa .
