NBR1 항체(4BR)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 NBR1 단백질을 WB 및 IP로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 NBR1 항체(NBR1 항체라고도 함)입니다. NBR1 항체(4BR)는 비접합 항-NBR1 항체로 제공됩니다. M17S2, MIG19 또는 1A13B로도 알려진 NBR1(BRCA1 유전자 1의 이웃 유전자)은 잘 알려진 종양 억제 유전자 BRCA1에 인접한 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 966개의 아미노산 단백질입니다. 원래 난소암 항원 CA125로 생각되던 NBR1은 세포 변형에 관여하는 여러 단백질의 특징인 B박스/코일 코일 도메인, OPR 도메인 및 ZZ형 아연 핑거를 포함한 구조적 모티프를 포함하고 있습니다. NBR1은 SQSTM1(시퀘스토좀 1 단백질), Titin 및 MuRF2(근육 특이적 링 핑거 단백질 2)와 상호 작용하여 발달 경로에서 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사합니다. Can I use NBR1 (4BR): sc-130380 monoclonal antibody for immunofluorescence?

Thank you for your question. We haven’t tested this antibody for immunofluorescence (IF), and so this is not a recommended application at this time. Can I use NBR1 (4BR): sc-130380 monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemistry?

We have not yet tested this NBR1 antibody on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, so that application is not currently recommended or warranted. However, this antibody has been cited in the literature for immunofluorescence (IF) so we will warranty the antibody for this application. For examples, see PMID’s: 21935636, 20808283 and 24472798.
