MafF/G/K 항체(D-12)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 MafF/G/K 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 MafF/G/K 항체(MafF/G/K 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. MafF/G/K 항체(D-12)는 비접합 항-MafF/G/K 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-MafF/G/K 항체 모두로 사용할 수 있습니다. 기본 영역/류신 지퍼(bZIP) 전사 인자 Maf 계열의 구성원은 특정 단백질 파트너와 표적 프로모터의 맥락에 따라 양성 또는 음성 방식으로 전사에 영향을 줍니다. c-Maf(Maf-2)와 밀접하게 관련된 계열 구성원인 신경 망막 류신 지퍼(Nrl), L-Maf 및 Krml1/MafB(Maf-1)는 모두 T-MARE 사이트에 결합하며 다양한 발달 및 생리적 역할에 관련되어 있습니다. 세 개의 작은 Maf 계열 단백질인 MafF, MafG, MafK는 NF-E2의 구성 요소로, p45라고 불리는 NF-E2의 큰 조직 제한적 하위 단위와 헤테로다이머로 기능하며 나아가 많은 적혈구 특이 유전자의 전사 조절에 관여합니다. Is this a new version of anti-MafK antibody (C-18)? I need an antibody antiMafK and CHIP grade. Does this antibody work for my purpose?

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal antibody, MafF/G/K (D-12): sc-166548, is currently the suggested replacement antibody for the now discontinued goat polyclonal (C-18) antibody. This is not raised against the exact same antigen. We have not yet tested this antibody for use in ChIP, and we are not aware of any publications citing use of the antibody for ChIP. When should the TransCruz reagent sc-166548 X be used instead of the standard form sc-166548?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.
