글루타치온 항체(D8)는 WB 및 IP로 글루타치온 단백질을 검출하는 IgG2a 마우스 단일 클론 글루타치온 항체(글루타치온 항체라고도 함)입니다. 글루타치온 항체(D8)는 비접합 항-글루타치온 항체로 제공됩니다. 체내에서 가장 풍부한 아미노산인 글루타민의 중요한 역할 중 하나는 글루타치온의 전구체 역할을 하는 것입니다. 글루타티온은 쉽게 산화되었다가 빠르게 재생되는 능력으로 인해 많은 생화학 반응에서 필수적인 역할을 하는 여러 티올 함유 화합물 중 하나입니다. 글루타티온은 자유 라디칼 제거제로서 산화 손상을 보호하는 바이오마커로 사용됩니다. 산화된 글루타티온은 글루타티온 환원 효소에 의해 환원됩니다. 글루타티온 환원효소의 주요 기능은 세포 내에서 환원된 글루타티온을 높은 수준으로 유지하여 산화 스트레스를 낮추는 것입니다.

연구용으로만 사용가능합니다. 진단이나 치료용으로 사용불가합니다.

Can it be used in C.elegans? Is there any paper about it?

I know this sc-52399 antibody is from mouse. What about the specificity? Can I use it for samples from human, mouse and rat? Thank you!
