Dvl-3 항체(4D3)는 마우스, 랫트, 인간 샘플에서 웨스턴 블롯(WB)과 면역침전법(IP)을 통해 Dvl-3를 검출하는 마우스 단일클론 IgG1 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. 항-Dvl-3 항체(4D3)는 마우스 유래 Dvl-3의 607-704 아미노산에 대해 생성됩니다. Dvl-3(4D3) 항체는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, 호스래디시 퍼옥시다아제(HRP), 피코에리트린(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트(FITC), 다중 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합 형태로 제공되어 다양한 실험적 요구에 대한 다목적성을 제공합니다. Dvl-3는 Wnt 신호 전달 경로에서 중요한 역할을 담당하는데, 이 신호 전달 경로는 세포 증식, 분화, 배아 발달 등 다양한 세포 과정에 필수적입니다. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dvl-3 (4D3), sc-8027This antibody has worked perfectly for us in Western Blot on HUVEC lysates. It did not require any special optimization, but worked fine in 5% BSA at a suggested dilution (1:500). Upon stimulation with WNT3A ligand we detected an expected shift in bands.
