Dnmt1, Dnmt2, Dnmt3a, Dnmt3b 와Dnmt3L를 위한 Dnmt 항체

Dnmt1 항체(H-12)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 Dnmt1 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 Dnmt1 항체(DNMT1 항체 또는 DNA 메틸전달효소 1 항체라고도 함)입니다. Dnmt1 항체(H-12)는 비접합 항-Dnmt1 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-Dnmt1 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 사이토신의 5'- 위치에서의 메틸화는 포유류 게놈에서 자연적으로 발생하는 유일한 공유 결합 변형으로 알려져 있습니다. DNA 메틸화는 DNA 5-시토신 메틸전달효소(Dnmt) 단백질의 효소 활성을 필요로 하며, 이 효소는 S-아데노실 메티오닌에서 디뉴클레오티드 CpG 모티브에 존재하는 사이토신의 5'-위치로 메틸기를 옮기는 촉매 역할을 하며, 이 메틸화는 목표 유전자의 전사 억제를 초래하게 됩니다. Dnmt 효소는 독립적인 유전자에 의해 코딩됩니다. I would like to test antibody for DNA methyltransferase. I am going to buy Dnmt3b (G-9): sc-376043 from your company. Could I get a free 10 µg sample of Dnmt1 (H-12): sc-271729 & Dnmt3a (C-12): sc-365769 ? Thank you so much!

I need an antibody to perform ChIP assay but since the DNMT1 antibody H-300 has been discontinued, I was wondering if the H-12 can also be used for ChIP although this application is not mentioned in the description
