    CYP3A43 Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CYP3A43 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CYP3A43 antibody (E-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CYP3A43, a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily, plays a crucial role in metabolizing various endogenous and exogenous compounds, including drugs and steroids, thereby influencing pharmacokinetics and drug interactions. Understanding CYP3A43 function is particularly important in personalized medicine, as variations in expression can lead to significant differences in drug metabolism among individuals, potentially affecting therapeutic outcomes and risk of adverse effects. CYP3A43 gene location on chromosome 7 is associated with several genetic disorders, highlighting CYP3A43′s importance not only in pharmacology but also in genetic research.
