CCAAT-enhancer binding proteins(C/EBP)는 간, 지방 조직, 혈액 세포, 내분비 췌장의 분화 과정에서 중요한 역할을 하는 필수적인 기본 영역/류신 지퍼(bZIP) 전사 인자입니다. C/EBP β(H-7) 단일 클론 항체는 염증과 감염에 대한 신체의 반응에 중요한 과정인 간세포의 급성기 반응 조절에 관여하는 단백질을 검출하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. Hello, I used this product and observed double bands in size about 25kDa and 55kDa in western blot. My sample was mouse brain lysate. Is this an appropriate results? I can't found any band around 45kDa... I don't know what's the matter.

Hello, I was wondering if we could get a test sample of sc-7962 AF488 or a discount on our first order. We have spent hundreds of euro on antibodies that do not work for FC and IHC and would like to avoid this. We would be happy to share good data.

Is this product (sc-7962) the whole antibody or just the kappa light chain?

Your product application says the antibody although raised in mice can be used for IHC in mice. I would like to use this antibody for immunohistochemistry in mouse hippocampal brain tissue but worried I might face challenges with high background.

Thank you for your question. This antibody, sc-7962, has been validated and published in mouse samples for IF and IHC. My recommendation is to make sure you block thoroughly and optimize your primary and secondary concentrations, but you should be perfectly fine doing IHC on mouse samples with this antibody.

This antibody can we use in case of bovine ? It shows reactivity only towards mouse and human. Please clear this.

Thank you for your question. C/EBP β Antibody (H-7): sc-7962 is only recommended for detection of C/EBP β of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and IHC(P). We currently have no internal or published data indicating that the antibody also reacts with bovine cells or tissues. If you want to try out the antibody regardless, please contact our technical service to receive a sample of this antibody.
