GC 또는 LC-질량 분석법에 의한 비마토프로스트(유리산)의 정량화를 위한 내부 표준물질로 사용하기 위한 것입니다. 비마토프로스트(유리산)는 프로스타글란딘 F2α(PGF2α)의 대사적으로 안정적인 유사체이며 FP 수용체에 대한 강력한 작용제입니다. 이 약은 소 황체 세포의 FP 수용체와 결합하여 PGF2α에 비해 756%의 상대적 효능을 나타냅니다.1 CHO 세포에서 발현된 쥐 재조합 FP 수용체에서 비마토프로스트(유리산)는 1.1 nM의 Ki로 PGF2α 결합을 억제합니다.2 이소프로필 에스테르의 비마토프로스트(유리산)-d4는 자극 없이 고양이 눈의 안압 감소 효과가 PGF2α 이소프로필 에스테르보다 약간 우수합니다.3
