BimEL를 위한 Bim항체

Bim 항체(H-5)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 Bim 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 Bim 항체(BCL2L11 항체라고도 함)입니다. Bim 항체(H-5)는 비접합 항-Bim 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-Bim 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 친아포토틱 Bcl-2 계열은 카스파제 활성을 조절하여 세포 생존력을 유지하는 항아포토틱 친척을 무력화하여 세포 사멸을 촉진합니다. Bim은 Bcl-2 관련 단백질의 BH3 전용 하위 그룹에 속하며, BimS(짧은), BimL(긴), BimEL(매우 긴)의 세 가지 이소형(異小型)으로 존재합니다. ERK1/2는 BimEL을 인산화하여 프로테아좀 경로를 통해 이 동형체를 빠르게 분해합니다. How much ug of whole cell lysate would be suggested to run on western to detect BIM (h-5) using this antibody

Thank you for your question. We recommend the following amounts of protein for any western blotting experiment: 40–60 µg whole cell lysate, 10–20 µg nuclear extract, 5-10 µg transfected lysate, or 10–20 ng purified protein per lane.

Are there any issues with background when using this antibody to stain mouse tissue or cells?

Thank you for your question. This antibody can be used to stain mouse tissue and cells. In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is currently available conjugated to HRP, PE, FITC, AF488 and AF647.

Can sc-374358 AC be used in Western Blot?

Thank you for your question. The agarose conjugated version of this Bim antibody, sc-374358 AC, is only recommended for IP or other applications where agarose is necessary. It is not appropriate for use in Western Blot.
