Rated 5 out of 5 by from BAX immunolocalization in the testis of Vizcachawe performed immunohistochemestry for BAX in paraffin sections of the testis an emerging seasonal breeding rodent model, the South American plains vizcacha (Lagostomus maximus). Since this is a non-common research model, we used adult mouse testis as positive control. This ab worked very well with a 1:200 dilution. It is important to note that this ab is working for a new species.
