Thank you for your question. Yes, ASC Antibody (B-3): sc-514414 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that is reactive with mouse, rat and human.

I wonder if you anti-ASC antibody could be used for flow, the APC conjugated is more prefer.

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend using this rabbit polyclonal antibody, ASC (N-15): sc-22514-R, for flow cytometry. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any antibodies against ASC which are recommended for flow cytometry at this time.
