    AKAP 95 Antibody (47) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects AKAP 95 in human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. AKAP 95, also known as AKAP 8, is a crucial nuclear matrix protein predominantly expressed in vital organs such as the liver, heart, pancreas, kidney, and skeletal muscle. Anti-AKAP 95 antibody (47) enables research into PKA signaling compartmentalization, which is essential for maintaining specific localization within the cell. This localization is achieved through the interaction of the R subunit (RII) of PKA with A-kinase anchoring proteins (AKAPs), including AKAP 95. During mitosis, AKAP 95 is recruited to chromosomes, playing a pivotal role in mitotic progression. Furthermore, AKAP 95 forms a complex with HA95 and histone deacetylase 3 (HDAC3), which is necessary for the deacetylation of Histone H3 during mitosis, highlighting its importance in regulating gene expression and chromatin dynamics.
