카바프로스타사이클린으로 대표되는 1세대 안정 유사체보다 약 10배 더 강력한 효능을 가진 2세대 구조적 프로스타사이클린(PGI2) 유사체입니다. 재조합 인간 IP 및 EP1 수용체와 동일한 친화력으로 결합하며 Ki 값은 11nm입니다.2 대부분의 일로프로스트 제제에는 16(S) 및 16(R) 입체 이성질체가 포함되어 있습니다. 또한 IC50 값이 65 nM으로 혈소판 응집을 억제합니다.3
