p-Ser/磷酸丝氨酸抗体（4A3）是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆p-Ser抗体（也称为磷酸化丝氨酸抗体），它可通过蛋白质印迹和免疫沉淀检测粗细胞提取物中范围广泛的丝氨酸磷酸化蛋白质，更偏好于直接邻近小鼠、大鼠和人源磷酸丝氨酸的正电荷氨基酸。p-Ser/磷酸丝氨酸抗体（4A3）为非偶联抗p-Ser抗体形式。蛋白激酶催化目标底物中丝氨酸、苏氨酸或酪氨酸残基的磷酸化，为无数细胞信号通路提供了一种控制机制。几个激酶家族在目标底物中磷酸化丝氨酸和苏氨酸残基，包括Raf、Rsk、ROCK、PAK、Ak和PKC家族的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。蛋白质通过磷酸化修饰可导致其结构的三维变化，从而改变其酶活性或与其他蛋白质相互作用的能力。针对磷酸化丝氨酸的抗体可用于表征具有磷酸化丝氨酸残基的蛋白质，并阐明涉及丝氨酸磷酸化的细胞通路。
