βARK1阻害薬はβARK1(βアドレナリン受容体キナーゼ1)の選択的阻害薬である。βARK1阻害剤はプロテインキナーゼA(PKA)に対して阻害活性を示さない。βARK1阻害剤は1mMまでの濃度でPKAよりもGRK2/βARK1に対して選択的である。βARK1インヒビターを200μg/kgの用量で投与すると、2型糖尿病のob/obおよびニコチンアミド+ストレプトゾトシン誘発マウスモデルの収縮期血圧が低下する。ob/obマウスモデルにおいても、βARK1阻害剤は耐糖能を改善し、収縮前の単離大動脈輪のクロニジン誘導弛緩を改善した。

Thank you for your question. We recommend to use solutions the same day they are made. If you do need to store the solution, we recommend to aliquot it into useable amounts and freeze. Multiple freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. The solution is stable for up to 6 months stored at -20C.
