NUDC Antibody (JT-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects NUDC in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NUDC, also known as nuclear distribution gene C homolog, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including neurogenesis, mitosis, nuclear migration, and cytokinesis, making NUDC essential for proper cell division and function. NUDC is predominantly localized in the cytoplasm and nucleus, where NUDC is highly expressed in proliferating cells.
