    SEE ALSO...

IGF2BP3 Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects IGF2BP3 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IGF2BP3, also known as insulin-like growth factor II mRNA-binding protein 3, plays a critical role in regulating mRNA stability and translation, which is essential for cellular growth and differentiation. IGF2BP3 is predominantly located in the cytoplasm, where IGF2BP3 binds to specific mRNAs, including those of IGF-II and c-Myc, thereby influencing their stability and translation efficiency. IGF2BP3′s cytoplasmic localization allows for rapid responses to cellular signals, particularly in cancer cells, where IGF2BP3 expression is often upregulated. Elevated levels of IGF2BP3 have been associated with various malignancies, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, making IGF2BP3 a valuable biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Anti-IGF2BP3 antibody (G-9) provides a reliable tool for researchers investigating IGF2BP3′s role in cancer biology and other cellular processes.
