β-Arrestin-2 Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody developed to detect β-Arrestin-2, also known as ARRB2, in human, mouse, and rat species through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-β-Arrestin-2 antibody (B-4) specifically recognizes an epitope located between amino acids 385-408 at the C-terminus of the human β-Arrestin-2 protein, ensuring effective binding for reliable detection. β-Arrestin-2 is a pivotal regulator of G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) signaling, involved in receptor desensitization, internalization, and the initiation of alternative signaling pathways independent of G proteins.
