C6orf26 Activators

Chemical activators of C6orf26 can engage distinct cellular signaling pathways to achieve functional activation of this protein. Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate, for instance, can activate Protein Kinase C (PKC), which is known to phosphorylate target proteins, thereby potentially phosphorylating C6orf26 leading to its activation.
