In particular, we used this antibody to detect protein levels in nuclear and cytosolic cell compartments in hippocampus and prefrontal cortex of mice and rats. In general, we are very satisfied with the obtained results, because Ab displayed high purity and clear bands in Western blot. Dilution up to 1:1000 for Western blot.

In particular, we used this antibody to detect protein levels in nuclear and cytosolic cell compartments in hippocampus and prefrontal cortex of mice and rats. In general, we are satisfied with the obtained results, because Ab displayed high purity and clear bands in Western blot. Dilution up to 1:1000 for Western blot. Little problems detecting p25 protein.
