    SEE ALSO...

Troponin I-FS Antibody (C-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Troponin I-FS protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Troponin I-FS antibody (C-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Troponin I-FS plays a critical role in muscle contraction by regulating the interaction between actin and myosin, which are essential for muscle fiber contraction and relaxation. Troponin I-FS is part of the troponin complex, which also includes Troponin C and Troponin T, and is specifically involved in the calcium-mediated signaling pathway that triggers muscle contraction. Troponin I-FS in the troponin complex allows for precise control of muscle contraction in response to calcium levels, making this protein vital for proper cardiac and skeletal muscle function. Abnormalities in Troponin I-FS expression or function can lead to various muscle disorders, highlighting Troponin I-FS importance in both health and disease.
