I am trying to couple this AB to a magnetic resin and was curious about the storage buffer conditions for this product. More specifically, does the storage buffer contain free amine or other protein? I have a few hundred ug from lots E1512 and F2912.

Thank you for your question. These items are discontinued since 2016, and your items are over 7 years old. I would recommend using fresh reagents. The antibody was provided as 200µg in 1ml of PBS with < 0.1% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin.

いつも大変お世話になっております。貴社のRORg antibody[sc-28559]はROR-gammaうち、アイソフォームであるROR-gamma 1とROR-gamma 2のいずれも認識する抗体でしょうか。もしくはROR-gamma 1のみ、ROR-gamma2のみを認識するでしょうか？ご回答いただけますと幸いです。よろしくお願いします。

Thank you for your question. RORγ (H-190): sc-28559 is raised against amino acids 131-320 of RORγ of human origin. Based on sequence analysis, this antibody is able to detect both isoforms 1 (RORγ) and 2 (RORγt). RORγ (H-190): sc-28559 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that is now discontinued.
