Does the 50 amino acid range mapped to the c-terminus mean the 50 amino acid range from the c-terminus? If not, could you tell me which amino acid specifically?

Thank you for your question. The exact immunogen sequence is considered proprietary. However, I can tell you that the epitope for this discontinued polyclonal Rb antibody, sc-1538, maps within the last 50 amino acids at the C-terminal of mouse origin (accession#P13405).

I have a question about the obsolete Rb antibody (M-15): sc-1538. Which base of Rb is this antibody against? Please let me know if possible.

Thank you for your question. This goat polyclonal Rb antibody was made against a 50 amino acid range mapping at the C terminus of Rb of mouse origin (accession# P13405).
