Hi, I wanted to ask you where can I find/whether you can provide me an information about this antibody's (sc-5537) Western blot conditions? Which dilution should I use, how to block the membrane, for how long time to incubate with the primary antibody?

Thank you for your question. We recommend blocking and diluting primary and secondary antibodies in TBS Blotto A (sc-2333), or 5% nonfat milk in TBST. We recommend a starting dilution of 1:200 and incubating the primary antibody for 1 hour at room temperature.
