Kindlin-3 Activators are a diverse group of compounds that can influence the activity of the Kindlin-3 protein, a vital player in integrin activation and cell adhesion processes.

PMA, or Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate, stands out in this class as it can modulate Kindlin-3 activity through the activation of protein kinase C (PKC) pathways.
