PSB 11 hydrochloride, an anti-inflammatory imidazopurinone, and has displayed potent and highly selective antagonist characteristics towards human Adenosine A3-R. This compound has also been reported to be the most potent Adenosine A1-R antagonist. This Adenosine A3-R analog radioligand has been found to be saturable and reversible.
