    SEE ALSO...

LIX1L Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects LIX1L protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LIX1L (G-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LIX1L protein, also known as LIX1-like protein, consists of 337 amino acids and is part of the LIX1 family, which plays a crucial role in cellular processes. LIX1L is involved in the regulation of gene expression and has been implicated in the development of the nervous system, making LIX1L essential for proper neuronal function and connectivity. The gene encoding LIX1L is located on human chromosome 1q21.1, a region that spans 260 million base pairs and contains over 3,000 genes, many of which are associated with various diseases, including familial adenomatous polyposis and schizophrenia. Aberrations in this chromosomal region are linked to several cancers, highlighting the importance of studying LIX1L in both health and disease contexts.
