0.5% Trypsin-EDTA Solution 10X is a concentrated solution that can be diluted to the 1x working concentation of 0.05% Trypsin-EDTA using an appropriate buffer. This is a gentle trypsin solution used to release adherent cells from tissue culture plates. This product is made from trypsin powder (1:250) and is suitable for cell culture use.
