Prostaglandin D2 methyl ester (CAS 49852-81-5)
Prostaglandin D2 methyl ester is a more lipid-soluble, cell-permeable prodrug form of prostaglandin D2 (PGD2). Studies have shown that it has a 5-10 fold lower affinity for PGD2 receptors than PGD2.
