PPACK dihydrochloride, biotinylated, is a biotin-X-analog of PPACK dihydrochloride (sc-201291). It acts as a specific probe for active serine proteases and a potent inhibitor of thrombin and tissue plasminogen activator (tPA). PPACK dihydrochloride, biotinylated, is useful for Western blot analyses of Factor VIIa, Factor XIa, thrombin, and tPA.
