PDGFR Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor IV is a indenopyrazole compound that displays potent antiproliferative properties in human tumor cell lines. It acts as a reversible ATP-competitive inhibitor of PDGFR but exhibits less actibity towards Lck, c-Src, and Fyn while exhibiting little to no inhibition toward VEGFR, HER-2, Cdk′s-1,-2,-4 &-7, bFGFR-1 and EGFR. PDGFR Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor IV is cell-permeable. PDGFR Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor IV is an inhibitor of c-Abl, PDGFR-α and PDGFR-β.
