CCDC25 Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CCDC25 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CCDC25 (F-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCDC25 protein consists of 208 amino acids and plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in regulating cell division and maintaining genomic stability. Disruptions in these processes can lead to various diseases, including cancer. CCDC25 gene is located on human chromosome 8p21.1, a region significant for cellular functions and association with several genetic disorders and malignancies. Chromosome 8 harbors genes that, when altered, can contribute to conditions such as leukemia and schizophrenia, highlighting CCDC25′s importance in understanding normal cellular function and disease pathology.
